In 1968, my grandfather, John F. Shirinian, and father, John J. Shirinian, launched a belt business called "Lejon Inc." which eventually became "Vintage Bison USA." At its inception, Lejon quickly became the most prominent belt supplier on the West Coast. In the 1970s, some of the company's first significant customers included Bullocks, Robinsons, Fred Seal, Hang Ten, OP, Stetson, and Eddie Bauer.

Over the past 55 years, Lejon has produced well over 32 million belts, primarily as private label products for major department stores such as Nordstrom, Saks, and Neiman Marcus, as well as shoe companies like Allen Edmonds and Johnston Murphy. Lejon's belts are known for their high quality and durability, so they have been the go-to choice for many renowned brands.

Lejon's success can be attributed to its unwavering commitment to providing the best products and services to its customers. It has always focused on building long-lasting relationships with its clients by delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products.
