Return & Exchange Policy V.2

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

  2. Access your account and view your order details. Please visit https://account.lejonbelts.com and use the email address used for your purchase. You'll receive a unique code via email that grants you access to your account page. From there, you will see all your past purchases and conveniently initiate returns with the option to obtain a return label.
  3. Once return is initiated and label is created carefully place the items and all packaging we provided in a box along with the return & exchange form and ship the box to. Completed form must be included in the package returned to us.:

SHIPPING COSTS

If you are asking for an exchange of an item, we will split the cost of shipping. You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original product for store credit. Once the returned and inspected, store credit will be issued, which can be used to place a new order for the desired product. To place a return, please follow the steps above.

  • Final Sale Items
  • Discontinued Items
  • Used or Damaged Product caused by customer

For defective or damaged products caused by manufacture, please contact us at the details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND PROCESSING TIMES

We will notify you by email of your refund/exchange status after receiving and inspecting the item(s). Please expect at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. If we approve your refund/exchange, we will quickly initiate any refund or the shipment of your exchanged item(s).
