However, it is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, improper handling, misuse, vandalism, acts of God, or other external causes.


With our lifetime warranty policy, we stand behind the quality of our products and provide repairs or replacements for any defective parts, EXCLUDING items that are not a belt. We are committed to ensuring that our customers are fully compensated for their purchases. To initiate a warranty claim, simply return the product originally purchased from us.


You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item to be warrantied.


We kindly request that you understand that we cannot be held liable for any issues that may occur during the return process. Once approved by our dedicated team, we will update your account with a monetary value equivalent to the original purchase price. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process, as it may vary depending on the volume of requests we receive.

Following the receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund, exchange, or warranty. If your refund, exchange, or warranty claim is approved, we will take swift action to process the refund or ship the exchanged item(s) to you promptly.


Please be aware that refund processing times may vary depending on the policies of your credit card company, typically ranging up to 7 business days. For exchanges, please allow 10 days for the receipt of your new item(s). If you made your purchase through PayPal, please expect the processing time to be approximately 7 days.
